Expertise

The sectors I actually know

Two fields, one market: French-speaking Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region. That is where my network runs deep — and I would rather say so than claim to cover everything else.

Life Sciences

Biotech · Medtech · Pharma · Medical devices

My core business: the people who keep production, quality and regulatory affairs running in the pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech companies of the Lake Geneva region and Valais. Roles where the European talent pool sometimes amounts to a few dozen people, and where you find them one by one rather than by posting an advert.

Engineering

Industry · Microtechnology · Automation

The engineers and technicians who design, industrialise and maintain processes — in complex, just-in-time and often highly regulated production environments.

Assignment types

Permanent roles, and fixed-term assignments

Permanent recruitment

Most of my assignments. A full search, from defining the profile to onboarding, with a replacement guarantee if the hire does not survive the probation period.

Fixed-term assignment

A precise, immediate need: regulatory cover for twelve months, a maternity replacement, a workload peak — including part-time, freelance or through an umbrella company.

The process

How a search runs

01

The brief

A thorough conversation: the role, the team, what has already been tried, and where the search is really stuck. That is when I tell you whether I can help.

02

The search

Targeted direct approach, a screening call, then an interview. You get a weekly update, including in the quiet weeks.

03

The shortlist

Few files, properly documented: why this profile, what they are worth technically, and any reservations. No volume for the sake of it.

04

The offer

Support through the negotiation, then follow-up over the first three months, on both the company and the candidate side.

05

The terms

Contingency fees, no retainer, no imposed exclusivity. The fee basis and the guarantee are set out in writing before we start.

06

And if I am not the right person

I tell you at the briefing stage rather than occupying the ground for six weeks. That is also why you call me back.

A need outside these two fields?

Tell me anyway. Either I can bring in my network of specialist recruiters, or I point you to someone who does this for a living — and in that case I will say so plainly.

Let's discuss it
