Market mapping
A map of the companies and people in scope, with what the search reveals about the real talent pool — including when it is thinner than expected.
For agencies
You are a recruitment agency short of bandwidth on a life sciences or engineering search in French-speaking Switzerland: I take the sourcing, you keep the client relationship.
The principle
Sometimes a search lands at the wrong moment: a saturated team, a technical role outside your usual ground, a client you do not want to disappoint. Rather than turning the assignment down or running it at half speed, you can hand me the search itself.
I do not appear in front of your client, I do not contact them, and I do not prospect them afterwards: that is the heart of the agreement. I work in the sectors I know, in French-speaking Switzerland, and I turn down searches that would put you in competition with me.
What you get
A map of the companies and people in scope, with what the search reveals about the real talent pool — including when it is thinner than expected.
Direct approach through LinkedIn Recruiter, then a screening call: technical level, real motivation, availability, expectations.
Files with a reasoned assessment and any reservations, ready to be presented under your name.
Terms to be agreed together: contingency, a fixed fee per search, or sourcing days, with a written agreement on client non-solicitation and candidate data handling.
Tell me the role and where it is stuck: I will tell you plainly whether it is within my scope.
