For candidates

What you can expect from me

An honest interview, serious preparation, and an answer even when it is a no. Your file is never sent to a company without your agreement.

The commitment

In practice

  • A real interview — your track record, your actual technical level, and above all what you are looking for: an environment, a pace, a direction. Not a keyword check.
  • Your agreement, role by role — I do not circulate your CV. Every introduction to a company goes through your prior authorisation.
  • Preparation before the client interview — who you are meeting, what matters to them, and the points you will be tested on.
  • Feedback, including a no — with the real reason when I have it. It is the least one can do, and it is still rare.
  • Follow-up during the probation period — the first three months are where things are decided.
  • Flexible hours — an interview in the evening or at the weekend if that suits you better: the advantage of an independent practice.

Arriving from abroad

Your first role in Switzerland

As a Belgian who settled in Geneva, I have been through it. If you are coming from Belgium, France or elsewhere, most of the questions are not technical: work permit, cross-border or resident status, health insurance, finding somewhere to live, the first year's taxation.

I walk you through all of that before you even sign, because a good role with a bad move behind it does not last. And I will also tell you when a role is not realistic from abroad — a permit issue or a blocking language requirement shows up right at the start.
