Personal data
Privacy policy
How Lelaps Sàrl collects, uses and keeps your data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Data controller
Lelaps Sàrl, Rue du Cercle 10, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland.
Contact point: Laure de Padirac — info@lelaps.ch, +41 76 731 80 90.
Data collected
Only the data you provide yourself is collected:
- the information entered in the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, capacity and message content;
- your CV and any documents you attach to it;
- the exchanges that follow (e-mails, interviews, interview notes) as part of a recruitment process.
The hosting server also records standard technical data (IP address, date and time of access, pages visited) for security purposes and to keep the site running.
Purposes
Your data is used to:
- answer your request;
- assess your application and, if your profile matches, put roles to you;
- introduce you to a client company, only with your explicit agreement and role by role;
- manage the relationship with client companies.
No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form or your CV, and on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Disclosure to third parties
Your application file is passed to a client company only with your prior agreement, for an identified role.
Technical service providers may process data on behalf of Lelaps Sàrl: the host OVH SAS (France, EU) and the e-mail provider. They are bound by confidentiality and do not use this data for their own purposes.
Retention period
Application files are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, so that you can be contacted again when a role matches your profile. After that they are deleted, unless you expressly ask for them to be kept longer.
You may ask for your file to be deleted at any time, without waiting for that period to elapse. Documents relating to an actual placement are kept for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
Under the FADP you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to request its release or transfer.
Simply write to info@lelaps.ch. You will receive a reply within a reasonable time and at the latest within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts: your IP address is therefore transmitted to Google's servers. They can be hosted directly on our server on request.
Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on protected servers. Access to application files is limited to those who need it for the recruitment concerned.
